What it is

Extra information reduces long answer titles by allowing you to add supporting text about an answer.

What it looks like

Option = Dynamic Text:

Option = Info Icon:

 

How to implement

  1. Expand the following:

    1. Workflow

    2. Questions and Answers

    3. Related product fields

  2. In Answers > Select Actions on the associated answer > Select Edit

  3. Scroll to find and check Show extra information

  4. Select either Show as Info Icon or Show as Dynamic Text (see what these options look like in examples above)

     

  5. Fill out the supporting information accordingly
