To import your Shopify product data directly into your preezie catalogue you will need to create a new custom app in Shopify and grant preezie permissions to read the product data.

Your data can be imported at regular intervals. This can be anything from once per day to once per hour. Speak to your preezie Onboarding Specialist or Customer Success Manager in order to manage the frequency of your data import.

Integration steps:

  1. Create a custom app

  2. Select API scopes

  3. Share API access token, API key and your Shopify URL

1. Create a custom app

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps.

  2. Select Develop apps.

  3. Choose Create an app.

  4. In the modal window, enter a name for your custom app (we like preezie feed 😉 ) and select the email address to whom will be working on this project.

2. Select API scopes

  1. Click Configure Admin API scopes

  2. In order to import your product data, preezie requires the following permissions:

    1. Orders - Read Access

    2. Products - Read Access

  3. Click Save.

3. Share API key and password

Once you have saved the Scopes, go to the API credentials tab and click install. Then send us the following 3 credentials 🎉

Admin API access token

API key

Shopify URL (eg. preezie.myshopify.com/)

Please copy these credentials and share with your preezie Onboarding Specialist or Customer Success Manager.
