Test Q&A

Did you know you can test out your questions one by one in the CMS?

How to use it

• Go to your Journeys and click on the Actions menu for your chosen Journey

• Now click Test Q&A

• This will open up the test window

Testing questions

Here you can click Get Result to see what the results will be for any combination of questions and answers. If you have no Questions selected it will just run the query logic specified in your Journey General settings Subset field Name/Value fields.

To test out questions:

• Click + to add a question to your logic

• Now select the question(s) and answer(s) you’d like to test

• Hit Get Result to see the product results that just those selected answers would show

The results shown will correspond to the Subset field logic in your Journey settings > General and any relevant Result settings in the Results tab:

For each result if you click Details, you’ll see which attributes highlighted that were used to match the product:
