Expand/Collapse Ticks and Crosses

What it is

Ticks and Crosses display the matches a product has with the with the journey question. When paired with Answer Selection Reference shoppers can compare their answers with the product matches.

Ticks and Crosses have the ability to be expanded and collapsed. When this feature is turned on and any of the expand or collapse is selected all of the products will do the same.

How to implement

Turn on

  1. On the workflow select Actions > Settings > Edit

  2. Navigate to the tab UI Result & behaviours

  3. Midway down the page find and select the checkbox Enable ticks and crosses collapse

     

    1. Here you have the ability to choose whether this feature is opened on closed by default when the shopper first views the result page

  4. Scroll down and click Save.

Style

  1. On the workflow select Actions > Settings > Test Guide Widget

  2. Expand the RESULTS tab

  3. Scroll and expand the Ticks and crosses collapse tab

  4. The below are the associated configurations

     

  5. Remember to hit Save and you’re done!
