Test Q&A
Did you know you can test out your question logic one by one in the CMS?
How to use it
Go to your Journeys and click on the Actions menu for your chosen Journey
Now click Test Q&A
This will open up the test window
Testing questions
Here you can click Get Result to see what the results will be for any combination of questions and answers. If you have no Questions selected it will just run the query logic specified in your Journey General settings Subset field Name/Value fields.
To test out questions:
Click + to add a question to your logic
Now select the question(s) and answer(s) you’d like to test
Click Get Result to see the product results for your selected answers
The results shown will correspond to the Subset field logic in your Journey settings > General and any relevant Result settings in the Results tab:
For each product result if you click Details, you’ll see which attributes highlighted that were used to match the product:
Tip! To check the logic rules being used click the ? next to Question. This will show you all of the logic used for each question and answer you’ve selected.
Click Clear Result at any time to start again
Manual queries tester
If you want to try out any logic without having an existing question and answer combination to use, then use the Manual queries tester to add logic directly.
Type in the logic you want to use and click Get Result Manual
